The apartment is composed as follows: You enter directly into the living room with open kitchen equipped with sink, ceramic hob and hood. From the living room you also have access to the storage room with central heating system on gas, a separate toilet, bathroom/laundry area furnished with sink in furniture, walk-in shower; and a spacious bedroom with fitted wardrobes. From the bedroom you have direct access to the sunny terrace with itself on the park of Brecht.

Behind the building is a garage box (3rd from the right) which is included in the rental price.

The contribution to the common costs shall be EUR 25 per month.
