No longer in the mood for that big house with its garden, but do you think the step to an apartment is just too much of a good one? We get that, but this little place might just be your thing.

This is not a small apartment, but is nice and spacious living at 100m2. And the garden is so cozy size: large enough to stay and entertain the (grand) children, but the mower and hedge shears can be retired. Great!

Classification: We start immediately with the great asset of this topper: a large, bright living room with direct access to the garden. Your own green spot with lots of peace and privacy. At two steps you're in the kitchen, and so your drink is made.

The kitchen also includes an oven, ceramic stove, extractor hood, refrigerator and sink. Would you rather not wash old cabbage? No worrys, there was a connection for a dishwasher. Around the corner we find a convenient storage space with connections for washing and drying.

Sleep in front. Is that where you hear the traffic? It's not that bad. Not only is there a good insulation, but also the shutters do their thing. By the way, there are 2 bedrooms.

Finally there is a bathroom with a bath and shower (yes!) and a sink. The toilet is separate again.

The car puts you dry in your own garage, accessible via the Polderstraat.

Common charges: EUR 30 per month.
