The identity of these historic buildings was revived by a selected team of top architects for both the new construction Cubes (arch. BOGDAN & VAN BROECK), the Silo. Paysagist Michel Desvigne provided a thoughtful landscape plan and Jens Aerts was responsible for the sustainable, architectural master plan.
Especially for this super-de-luxury apartment in the white silo... architect Stéphane Beel invented a separate design with ultra-large windows. As a basis he used the existing columns of the silo columns. On top of that he placed a brand new volume with apartments. Welcome to the White Silo.
The interior of this unit was furnished by Axel Vervoordt himself, according to the Japanese wabi sabi philosophy of life, in which authenticity, pure simplicity and the elegance of the imperfect are central. Add to that the use of beautiful materials, and you will get a particularly soothing atmosphere in the smallest detail.
After the entrance with guest toilet you step through a large hall to the living areas. In the generous, built-in kitchen only the most quality appliances and high quality materials were used. Even the huge laundry room is not only very practical, but also ultra nicely furnished. The open space approach in the spacious living room with large windows creates countless possibilities for decorating a dining room, living room and TV or reading corner, according to your own taste and needs.
From the hall you reach the master bedroom with again that spectacular view of the water. Following a stylish dressing and luxurious bathroom with bathtub and handsome shower. Behind the living areas there is an extra bedroom . . . . . . . . . . . in bathroom. Possibility to purchase garage and storage
