Woning for sale in Anzegem

This unique house in Kaster is a design by architect Christian Van der Plaetse (1929/2017), known from among others the Museum Veranneman in Kruisem and the Villa Eksternest in Roeselare. The house was built in 1972 and is a fine example of brutalism in Belgium.

Originally the house was designed as a kangaroo house, but today it is used as one spacious family home. Thanks to the design with two entrance doors there is the possibility to combine living and practice.

The house has a garage for three cars, a spacious living room with dining area and a kitchen with a beautiful view of the area. There are also five bedrooms and a bathroom.

Typical of this design are the combination of concrete and masonry, careful scale ratios, attention to orientation and harmonious integration into the landscape, with a beautiful view of the Kwaremont. For more information or a visit, please contact us at 0472 02 44 44 or at [email protected].
