House for sale in Brasschaat

In the exclusive Vriesdonk there will soon be an exceptional villa on an impressive plot of 12,465 m2. A rare place where architecture, nature and absolute privacy merge seamlessly.

The plot was part of the historical domain of Ter Borght Castle in the 17th century. The adult tree stock, with majestic beech and stately oaks, is today the setting for a timeless villa designed by Maison Osain.

The house is fully finished and delivered according to the characteristic vision of Maison Osain: subdued architecture, a strong connection to the environment and a thoughtful choice of materials. Royal windows bring in the surrounding greenery, while the villa is discreetly embedded in the wooded landscape. Sustainability, living comfort and a healthy climate are central to every detail of the design.

The building permit has now been granted. The plans and the planned finishing level can be viewed on request. In this phase, the project furthermore offers the possibility to personalize the finishing materials and to further tailor the villa to your personal taste and living needs. The villa is sold under the VAT system.

A unique overall concept for those looking for an exclusive home with an international look, surrounded by nature and located in the heart of one of the most sought after residential areas of Brasschaat.
