On the rocky coast on the Cap de Creus peninsula, lies one of the most beautiful coastal towns of the Costa Brava; Cadaqués. This villa has a built area of 533 m2 on a plot of 630 m2 and is divided over four floors and has a stone and painted plaster facade and a slanted Spanish panroof. The basement has a built area of 162 m2, consisting of a garage for four cars, access by remote control, a wine cellar and a laundry room. The main floor, with a built area of 188 m2, is tiled with ceramic tiles. It consists of a living room with painted plaster / natural stone walls and a fireplace, an open kitchen with wooden beams roofs, painted plaster / tiled walls and a barbecue, a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a guest toilet. A majestic staircase with wrought iron handrails gives access to the upper floor. The second floor has a built area of 124m2. It is tiled with ceramic tiles and has wooden beams roofs. There are 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with hot tub and a bright office room with access to a terrace overlooking the garden and pool. Finally, the third floor has a built surface of 70 m2 consisting of a double room, a single room and a bathroom. In the backyard there is a swimming pool surrounded by a tile floor. The villa was built in 2009 and stands out through the high-quality finish and the noble wooden interior, along with a speaker system throughout the house, safety sensors on each door and window, radiators and air conditioning with heat pump. Finally, but important, we need to emphasize the practical usability thanks to an intercom at the front door and the presence of a freight lift linking the basement to the main floor.
The house is located in Cadaqués, in the region of Alt Empordà, in the province of Gerona, Catalonia, Spain. It is the easternmost city of the Iberian Peninsula. Guarded by Cape Creus in the north and Cape Norfeu in the south, Cadaqués is one of the most symbolic points of the landscape and seafaring tradition of the Costa Brava. In the second half of the 20th century, Cadaqués became home to numerous artists and bohemians. The most famous is the surrealist painter Salvador Dalí and his wife Gala.
