A typical all-man friend, this one. Not too many fringes, but just neat and fully ready to go. 'Cause, yeah, it's kind of new. This year he blows out 5 candles, so he can still go with his new build brothers. Maarrr without having to deal with that annoying 21% VAT, because you pay 2% registration fees (subject to conditions). And that's a big windfall, right?
It is also a textbook example of carefree rental. Neutral materials, maintained to the tips and an absolute step-in for your tenant. And very coincidentally we know a lot of nice tenants who are eager to rent a place like this. You're welcome!
Classification: We enter the living room via the entrance hall with separate toilet. And, of course, you'd already seen it coming: an open layout where to live, eat and cook seamlessly. Light and light. The kitchen was finished with neutral materials, and all the gadgets are present. Afterwards we find a convenient storage space.
Around the corner we arrive at the back entrance, which in turn gives access to the large laundry room. A shower was also placed here. Always handy.
On the 1st floor we find no less than 4 bedrooms. Pretty surprising, huh? A number of rooms were equipped with air conditioning, for the sultry nights. There is also the bathroom upstairs, with a bath (incl. shower), double sink and a toilet.
Via 1 of the bedrooms you can go up a staircase, and you get to the attic. It's to say: Actually it is a full 2nd floor, because it was divided into 3 rooms.
The largest room is . . provided some finishing . . a perfect 5th bedroom. And do I hear walk-in cupboards as the destination of the second chamber? Finally, there is also a technical space and storage. Convenient for the plastic Christmas tree and other messes.
The garden is basic, and therefore a great start to do your own thing. No green fingers? No worrys, a half hour of lawn mowing and you're done. Or could it be a little more? Think of a green hedge, a cozy piece of prairie garden, some hip flowerpots and some grasses in the front yard, and it looks completely different. That's up to you. Anyway, you can start out nicely, then get on with it.
You live in Ravels-Eel, 5 minutes from both Ravels and Weelde. But make no mistake: Ravels-Eel City has something to offer, because the primary school is within walking distance, the village cafe can be found at 100 m walk, the baker is at 300m, the fryer at 500m (important!) and the bus stops at the door.
