Do you know that, such a delightful old-fashioned neighborhood? Where kids can still play on the street, and the neighbors can talk spontaneously in the driveway? And those who are threatened with extinction. People change, but neighborhoods are getting busier.
And then there's this street. In fact, there's this dead end in this street. Where it's quiet. Always. Because you literally live in the last house.
A house can be adapted to taste, but not the location. And that is perhaps the greatest asset of this cozy home. The nice neighbors you get for free.
Okay, the place has been on the counter for years, but it's perfectly fine. No asbestos to be removed, renovation obligation not applicable and excellent maintenance. Anything can be done here, but nothing. And that's how we like it.
Classification: Through the entrance hall we enter the living room. Surprisingly large, and especially wonderful light. Have you spotted that big window overlooking your garden yet? There is central heating in the entire house, but the fireplace provides extra atmosphere and cosiness.
Then we find the kitchen. And that's .. you guess it already nice and spacious, again with a nice view of your garden. The kitchen itself is not new, but thanks to the excellent maintenance it can definitely take another round.
Around the corner we see the back entrance, with access to a separate toilet and a large laundry room. Check that handy cabinet wall too! Any extra stuff looking for a spot? No problem, next to the laundry room is an extra storage room. Also convenient for the bicycles or garden equipment, as there is a direct access to the garden. Furthermore, you can lose extra stock or mess in the (cork dry) basement next to the kitchen.
Finally, there is a first room downstairs. Convenient if you like to sleep on the ground floor, but also nice as desk, play area or hobby room. Also the bathroom is downstairs, so future proof living: Check! The bathroom is the same story as the kitchen: not new, but fine. She has a bath, shower, sink, plenty of storage space and a toilet.
The garage is also in-house.
Upstairs there are no less than 4 bedrooms. There is a loft room that was not finished, but was fully equipped to finish as a (bed) room. Even if you set these up, you got an extra attic space upstairs and next to it.
Finally there was also a separate toilet, and a large closet wall.
The garden is as you would expect at this house: wonderfully spacious, laid to the tips and especially: child and maintenance friendly. And the automatic irrigation system connected to the large rainwater well . . makes the maintenance even that little bit more friendly. (For more information: another fence is placed next to the neighbours on the left).
A place where you can come home, in peace and privacy.
