House for sale in Rijkel

The Hof Van Rijkel project will be located on the Dionysius van Leeuwenstraat, on the right side of the Saint Joseph's Church, on the site of the old parish church, the parish hall and the adjacent square farm. No replacement new construction, but a redevelopment plan that links the authenticity of the existing buildings to the housing needs of today.

The 15 accommodation units share among others a courtyard, storage space, two large garden areas, parking spaces and a common house and yet each house also has a lot of privacy with its own, protected garden or terrace.

Hof van Rijkel is an ecological example project. Sustainable investments such as heat pump, underfloor heating and balance ventilation guarantee low energy consumption. The existing walls and roofs of the three buildings remain intact as much as possible and are insulated on the inside. The architectural features that make the buildings unique are also retained.

House 12 is located in the square farm and consists of:

First floor: entrance, separate toilet, living room with open kitchen, storage room, terrace.

Second floor: night hall, separate toilet, bathroom, 3 bedrooms.

Location: Although the Hof van Rijkel is rural, you will be in the center of Borgloon in no time or cities like Sint-Truiden (13 minutes), Tongeren (20 minutes) and Hasselt (25 minutes). Hof van Rijkel offers you a versatile starting point and a quiet place to live.
