villa for sale in Schilde

Spreeuwenborg Farm is a piece of history in the heart of the green Schilde. Already mentioned in the 15th century and officially protected as a monument, this exceptional farm bears the visible traces of centuries of life and work carefully conducted, and even today, every corner of this estate breathes this rich history.

Situated on an enclave plot of no less than 3.522 m2, surrounded by an ancient wooded heritage that offers peace, privacy and character, this farm offers a unique residential experience. Its location in Schilde, one of the most popular green municipalities on the Antwerp periphery, makes the whole even more exclusive.

The farm is currently divided into two separate units, each with its own box number. The first unit consists of four bedrooms and two bathrooms, the second two bedrooms and a bathroom. Spreeuwenborg is thus ideal for two families who want to live together while remaining separate, each with its own entrance and privacy. On the other hand, those who dream of an authentic large farm have here all the space and the possibilities to bring together, after work, the two units into a majestic ensemble.

The many authentic elements that have been preserved make this farm a place where history feels in every wall, arch and stone.
