House for sale in Uccle

BARNES presents in exclusivity, in the heart of the Observatoire district, one of the most beautiful addresses of Uccle, this bourgeois house of 1906: three facades, 540 m2 in the PEB, eleven ares of garden. After the entrance hall, two beautiful offices allow to work at home without encroaching on the life of the house — a configuration that the liberal professions will recognize immediately. Garage and cellars complete this level. The entire floor is dedicated to reception. Living room, TV lounge, music salon, dining room and kitchen follow with the breadth of the large Brussels houses of the beginning of the century: from which to receive twenty people without moving a piece of furniture, and also to spend whole Sundays to four. The two upper levels belong to the family, with five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a playroom where the children have their own territory, away from the reception rooms. Below, the eleven acres of garden naturally extend the house from the first beautiful days. The house calls for renovation. This is the condition of its rarity: a real family home, at such an address, that it remains possible to take over entirely to its liking.
