No fuss with a renovation project, but is a ready-made home a bit above budget? This place is such a good intermediate: maybe (yet) not your dream home, but fine. EPC B (!), approved electricity (!), no asbestos, a new boiler and a new bathroom. Think another cool laminate floor, pimp the kitchen and give your hip furniture a place, and it looks completely different.
Speaking of intermediates, This is indeed a driving house, but you are not mistaken... there is indeed an access to the garden via the rear. Here you also have your own garage.
Classification: Through the entrance hall with (renewed) toilet, we enter the living room. What we notice right away, you ask? Light raid! Although it's a driving house, it doesn't feel dark at all thanks to the large windows front and back. Furthermore, the living room is nice and straight forward, with enough space for your sofa and a large table.
We'll find the kitchen around the corner. This one has not been renewed, but with some creativity it can still take a round. Do you see it (in the long term) more grand? Break the wall between kitchen and living room, and put in a new kitchen.
Upstairs are 3 large bedrooms. These were just again provided with a new paint lick, so a (laminate) floor inside and you are done. There is also a bathroom, with a shower, sink, toilet and connections for the washing machine.
Need an extra room in the long run? Provided that a staircase is placed to the attic, a handy Harrie(tte) can certainly do his/her thing with this.
Behind the house you have a nice garden, which in turn gives access to the garage and a gate at the back. This is accessible via a nearby road that runs behind your plot.
A perfect boarding pass for those who want to get into low-budget.
