Without an account

Your recent searches stay in your browser only (local storage), so we can suggest them again. They are not sent to us. You can clear them from the home page, from “My account”, or by deleting the site's data in your browser. Saving properties or searches requires an account.

We sell no data. Statistics and marketing cookies are only used with your consent; details are in our cookie policy.

With an account

We keep: your email address, your first name if you give it, the language of your emails, your password in hashed form (never readable) if you choose one, your Google account ID if you sign in with Google, the properties and searches you save, and when the account was created and last used.

This data is used only to run your account (legal basis: providing the service you ask for). We don't share it with agencies.

Sign-in codes sent by email expire after 10 minutes. Your IP address is used at that moment to limit abuse; it is not stored in your account.

Cookies

okoti_session: keeps you signed in (30 days at most, removed when you sign out). okoti_oauth_state: protects Google sign-in (10 minutes). logis_lang: remembers your language. okoti_consent: remembers your choice in the cookie banner (6 months). These cookies are strictly necessary and need no consent.

How long we keep data

Your data is kept as long as your account exists. When you delete it (“My account” → “Profile” → “Delete my account”), it is erased immediately, with your favourites and searches.

Service providers

The site and its data are hosted in France (OVHcloud). Sign-in emails go through our email delivery provider. If you choose Google sign-in, Google sends us your name, email address and profile picture. If you accept marketing cookies, Meta, Google and TikTok receive data about your visit (see the cookie policy).

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or erase your data, and object to its processing. Write to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
