The service

Okoti brings together, in one place, the listings published on the websites of Belgian real-estate agencies. We don't sell or rent any property and we are not an estate agency. Each listing links to the website of the agency that published it; that agency is who you deal with.

Searching and viewing listings is free and needs no account.

Listings

Listings (price, surface, EPC, photos, availability) come from the agencies and are collected automatically. We do our best to keep them accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee it: a property may be sold, let or changed before our site shows it. Always check with the agency before making any decision.

Listing texts and photos remain the property of the agencies or their authors.

Your account

An account is optional. It lets you find your favourites and searches on all your devices. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for access to your email address.

You can delete your account at any time from “My account”. We may suspend an account that is used abusively (for example to scrape listings in bulk or to disrupt the service).

Permitted use

The site is for personal use. Automated or bulk copying of its content, and any attempt to bypass its technical protections, are not allowed.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Okoti is not liable for errors in listings, for decisions based on them, or for temporary unavailability of the site.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when. These terms are governed by Belgian law.
